Campaign - Map Co-ordinates

Hi,

 

I am currently playing through the Spring Tension campaign and have a question about co-ordinates. Sometimes I get a message to take a look at sector 89-73 (as an example from the To Leningori mission), and I have no idea how to find this on the map! How do these sectors translate into what you can see on the map?
