Scripting API Functions for Weather Information (eg ATIS)

When the DCS weather gets an overhaul, it would be nice to add more scripting API functions to extract current weather information.

 

Currently, it is "only" possible to get information on wind, temperature and pressure.

 

For example, to build a meaningful ATIS, information on cloud coverage, fog, dust, visibility, rain, thunderstorm, etc and maybe the active runway would be great.

PS: Here is an ATIS implementation example. But most information is strictly only valid for static weather as it hast to be extracted from the env.mission variable.
