Steam to stand alone possible?

Hi,

 

Im about to purchase the steam F-14. But I would like to be sure before doing it that I can later transfer it to a DCS stand alone installation.

 

 

So, is it possible to purchase the Steam version of the F-14 Tomcat and use it in the standalone DCS version?
