How to set difficulty settings (labels, unlimited ammo, etc) when I host a server?

Hey guys, how do I change difficulty/game settings like labels being allowed, unlimited fuel/ammo, stuff like that, when I host my own server? I don't see anywhere to set that, and it seems to ignore my single player settings.

edit: Nevermind, found out it's controlled by each mission file (or at least it was enforced in the one we were playing, so we didn't have the option.)
