[INVESTIGATE] Incorrect TACAN VAR setting

Hi,

 

I've noticed that every time we spawn and load a DTC, the VAR setting (which I assume to be the magnetic variation) in the TACAN page is always set to 13 deg West. In NTTR and Persian Gulf we also get the same value. Is that a bug or is it intended behaviour?

 

Magvar value for Caucasus would be +6 deg East. If I want to correct it, I can't since the VAR setting is always set to West.
