Autopilot buttons light off when active is normal?

Looking at any tutorial video, I see these buttons being lit when corresponding autopilot mode is on. Mine are lit when I guess the mode is available and they turn off when activated.

 

The 4 buttons + the fifth to the right.

 

This something very new or should not be like this?

There is a longstanding bug with the lighting on the Ka-50 since DCS 2.5, the AP lights look off when they are on, and vice versa. It is being fixed in the forthcoming cockpit update, but no date on that yet.
