[ART] Pilot's hand animation

Pilot's hand is constantly clipping through the stick. Also the hand animation does not really look good, when you start looking at it it's obvious that the hand tries to follow the stick and not the other way round.

 

If I may suggest something, in all other DCS modules the hand is firmly attached to the stick and the animation is mostly in the forearm. This is more like in real life, where you don't flex the hand when operating the controls, it's mostly wrist joint and arm that move.

 

Also the legs do not move, as mentioned in the other thread.
