Resetting to default controls removes all bindings

New DCS player here so hopefully it’s something Easy that I’m missing. I was messing around with the f18 controls and wanted to revert them back. Once I hit the revert to default button all bindings were removed. I went ahead and deleted the config files for the f18 and had steam rebuild all missing files and the controls are still not mapped.

 

Does anyone have any good ideas on how to get back original mappings? I’m using the thrustmaster warthog Hotas stick and throttle with a thrustmaster rudder. Thanks everyone in advance.

When you say you deleted and rebuilt the config files, you mean the ones located at \DCS\Mods\aircraft\FA-18C\Input\ ?
