Hi,

I dialed in a TACAN station by changing the channel in preset 1, and setting it's mode to AG TR.

I selected TCN on the MAP and it displayed the TACAN data and bearing pointer.

I later selected a second TACAN in preset 2 and set it also to AG TR. This seemed to break the TACAN receiver, and the data disappeared for the first TACAN.

The second TACAN was not shown.

I also found the TACAN seems to have a very short reception range. I was at high altitude and about 100 NM from the station, yet completely unable to receive it.

I'm unsure if the earlier problem prevented the TACAN working again. I will re-test the reception range later when the TACAN is confirmed to be working.

I also found that when selecting the second TACAN to AG TR, the first TACAN did not change modes to OFF.

What is the expected/correct behavior? Can it display more than one TACAN at once, or should it only display the last selected TACAN (e.g. selecting preset 2 to ON causes the last selected TACAN to switch to OFF)?
