I checked the "comms" lua file in the F-16C mod folder and the option "Fly to Tanker" is not there like it is with other modules (i.e, F-18 or A-10.) Hopefully ED will fix this soon. If you know what you are doing you can copy and paste the option from one of the other modules into the F-16 comms lua but make sure you back it up first. And until it's fixed you'll need to do this with every update.
