TripRodriguez Posted January 20, 2020 Posted January 20, 2020 Hey guys. Just wondering if anyone has the 8K Plus and could share their experience with it. In particular I'd like to know about how well you can read smaller gauges and see things in the distance. Also there's that shimmering effect in DCS. Trees especially, it drives me nuts. I run all of the AA types and Anisotropic Filtering all maxed out and it's still there big time. I'm hoping the 8K will reduce that quite a bit. I ordered the 8K X so I've got to wait a while yet before I can try it for myself but if anyone has the 8K Plus that's the same as the "X" in upscale mode. So far I've used DK2, CV1, OG Vive, Index, and for a few days reverb and it's always there. It was a bit better on Reverb but not gone. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Demo of my 6DOF Motion VR Sim:
