I searched the forum and didn't find mentions, there is an unreferenced mention in wikipedia.

 

It feels ... finding utility in most unusual places is a good talent to have, creativity and improvisation skills can be a big deal in an emergency.

 

 

And the rear tail mounted cannon ... I'm not going to start with "Tanker Module" ideas as we have them already, but an AI version perhaps one day seems a fair and realistic wish.
