Toggles and X keys

Im trying to get my old x-keys going. It's laid out for the Viper. I got it all going but I have a problem with just one toggle. The Pitch Alt Hold side of AutoPilot.

 

 

 

Is there some thing I am overlooking with it? I programmed Macroworks 3 the same as the other switches.
