Key Binding Issue

Hi, I am unable to take screenshots at present as default key binding for screenshots is SysRqs(?) which is not an option on my reduced keyboard. I have gone into key assignments in at attempt to assign either a different key or a controller button but it will not let me, I double click upon the default keyboard assignment and nothing happens i.e. normal sub-assignment menu doesn't appear. So, I am unable to assign an alternative.

 

Can anybody advise how I navigate around this issue please?
