IceFire Posted April 5, 2020 Posted April 5, 2020 (edited) 169th Fighter Wing is now recruiting! We have spots to fill! Currently we need the following; F-16C Pilots Our requirements for members in USLANTCOM and 169th Fighter Wing are as follows; We have an extensive training program that requires a lot of self-study combined with many instructor flights. Attendance is huge, our instructors and staff work very hard to get people trained. It does them a disservice to not show up to scheduled classes. We have no check rides or proficiency requirements for entry, we will teach you. The caveat to this is that it creates a lot of work for our instructors and staff. This is why the attendance requirements are strict. We will conduct a pre-enrollment interview/briefing with you so that everyone is on the same page about our expectations. Typical flight times start at 20:00ET, most training events start at 21:00ET lasting one to two hours. This is to accommodate as many people as possible. Now that I'm done talking about the hard work you're going to be putting in, let's talk about some of the hard work that we've put in to make sure that you get the most out of USLANTCOM. Custom liveries upon graduation. Fully boosted Discord server. Brand new (this year) dedicated server online 24/7/365 colocated at a datacenter in the midwest. A fully detailed website with records jackets to track your progress. Records Jacket Example Waterboy Expert mission designers. Much Much more! IceFire Posted April 13, 2020 Author Posted April 13, 2020 Hey IceFire! I submitted an application for a Tomcat RIO. Would love to be apart of your organization. Thanks! Hey there! Currently, we are recruiting for the USAF side of our operation. On the USN side, we're evaluating when the next class for CVW-11 will be starting. We keep all applications that come in for the next class so stay tuned and when we start the next class we'll be e-mailing all of our applicants for the Navy side. RIO's are very valuable to the Tomcat community so we'll definitely let you know when we're ready for the next push! Probably within the next 30 days or so if I had to guess. I still need to get with my staff. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Matt "IceFire" Schuette Commander In Chief United States Atlantic Command Virtual Carrier Air Wing Eleven
