Couple of Graphic questions.

Hi

 

I am using Geforce GTX 970.

 

Any idea why in cockpit i get no white haze on scenery, but in external view or flyby there is a white haze as if the gamma is really high or something? Screenshot attached.

 

Also any idea why my in cockpit FPS is 17-19 FPS(Doesn't matter if 512 or 1024), but my external views are significantly higher although practically on the highest settings?
