Printing Controls Layouts

Elite Dangerous has a third party app that lets you print out a graphic of your joystick with all button assignments labeled, like the old fold-out cards that came with flight sims. Is there any app like that for DCS?

I just printed the controller (whatever one) pic/pdf found online when starting out. Used a pencil to try / change config until good.
