TM Warthog HOTAS, Target

I haven't used my TM HOTAS in years, so what I want to know is do I download TARGET first and then plug in my throttle and stick. I can't remember if there is a certain way to do it. And I'm not the most computer savvy person around. Any help would be appreciated. I really miss my flight sims.

Yes, I do recall having to install drivers first then connecting devices. Also, I checked TM website and under "Drivers Release Notes" toward the bottom this is confirmed. Here's a link to the TM driver site

Well I got the TARGET loaded, stick and throttle connected and I checked to make sure all controls work. I was happy to see the HOTAS already mapped in my sim. Now to learn how to fly a A10.
