New-ish player looking to fly the hornet

I'm relatively new to DCS, want to get into it as it promises a more detailed simulation than arma 3.

 

I've played through (most of) the F/A-18 tutorials, but they sadly prove lacking on guided weapons. My skills generally require significant development.

 

I'm hoping to find a group that accepts novice pilots, and that I can play with regularly.

 

I play on European time, US time zones can't work unfortunately.
