Remove cancelled order from profile and question about mileage

Hello,

Yesterday l purchased Super Carrier but I inadvertently cancelled the order and then reordered. Now I have two entries in my profile. Is there a way to deleted the cancelled order?

Also I did not receive the posted mileage for the purchase?
