Ability to Change Carrier Frequency

Hi! I'd like to have available an option to change the frequency that the carrier is using, similar to how you can use a switched condition to set a different frequency for an AI aircraft or ground unit.

 

Example, the aircraft takes off and the "tower" frequency is 333.55, and when it returns, the tower frequency is 305.225.
