SC missions missing in stand-alone but not steam

Bought SC on Steam, transfered my licenses and binded them to my DC account. I see the SC icon is lit on my Stand-Alone DCS, but when I go to FA-18 missions there are no SC-missions available.

However, on STEAM version of OpenBeta the missions are there..

I have the same problem. I got the standalone version. I can't find any mission or any ships to add in the mission editor, sad...
