F14 Pilot Roll Axis "Red Out"

For some reason the "Roll" axis isn't working on the cat.

 

I've reinstalled, cleared input configs tried just about everything an anything I could think off. I'm using the Warthog Joystick and it works fine for everything else I can assign the Y axis for things like pitch, rudder, throttle etc but no roll.
