More bugs regarding brightness/contrast after update

Besides DDI and HUD being almost invisible in some condition I also noticed:

 

- star wars light sabre instead of laser. The NVG gain is fine only laser in MARK mode is like tree trunk

- TGP in CCD does not lock a black APC on a light background

- TGP in FLIR only sometimes locks in BLACK HOT, not in white hot

 

TGP used to work flawless in CCD in the same conditions, the laser in mark mode used to look thin and precise - but it was before the last update.

 

 

I have GTX970, latest drivers
