F18 FLIR Pod caging to 180R

Hi everyone, when using the F18 when caging the unit back to 0 its cauging to 180R

 

I have tried changing screens to both left, right and lower. Also turning the FLIR pod off and on but I can't seem to get the pod to cage to 0.

 

I haven't been able to find anything online regarding this so im making an assumption its to do with the new update.

It is supposed to cage to rearward for storage/travel. So you can keep pod in standby, protect its lenses from objects. And when you need it, you uncage it and then you sleeve it to snowblow mode, that centers it forward slightly below horizon by pressing NWS button. You use that to get away from various designations as well.

 

You can double press quickly NSW to sleeve FLIR to VVI so you can easily designate it via HUD. Or when you designate target other means, it will point there as well.

 

But do not use cage/uncage unless you are going to store it away.
