frame rate counter lua

is there a file with settings for the position of the frame rate counter on the monitor. Could I set it closer to center on my 3 screen?

You could use MSI Afterburner. There you can place the OSD wherever you want and get even more information if you like. E.g. CPU, GPU and RAM usage of both of them. FPS, Frametime etc. I hope this helps.
