Game freezes momentarily every couple of seconds in MP

Hi there, hopefully this is the right place for this but since the last update I am getting strange freezes in multiplayer, last week it was freezing and unfreezing every 5-10 seconds or so for about 15 minutes then it seemed to come right. Last night however it just didn’t stop, it just kept going,

 

I have made no changes to any of my settings in game at all.

 

I Cleared my meta and fxo folders and that did nothing

 

Did a repair and that also did nothing

 

I’m not really sure what’s happening, anyone else had this isssue?

 

I was in the f14 on the Caucasus map both times.

 

Dosent seem to effect the sp dogfight mission in the f14 but the mp mission I was playing was awefull.

 

No one else on the server was having the issue
