does the new picture have something with the other one? (that light-metallic coloured launcher thing)

This is the missile itself. The metallic thing is the launching platform.

Now i know it, it's the WTF???OMG-nonrecognizeable-samsytem in the It-doesn't-exist configuration. Developed by Tompol & -m

Hahahaha  Now about the WTF and OMG you are right. I wouldn`t say "nonrecognizable" more like "very hard to recognize". And it exists - another question is how much of these systems in that configuration have been produced. ;) Nope there is no Tompol & M among the developers. :P

All right since no one could answer the riddle (told you it was difficult ;) ) it`s time to reveal it:

This is the modern South Korean anti-air defence system KP-SAM "Shin gung" ("God`s bow"). Some info: The seeker is russian from the Leningrad Optical Mechanical Association (LOMO) but the control section, warhead and motor are of a south korean design. KP-SAM has integral Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) system, all weather and night capabilities and uses two-color infrared seeker for increased countermeasures resistance. The approx. range is 7km. Tests have shown 90% hit ratio. It is usually shoulder launched or from a man-portable launch unit (as in the pictures) but a launcher system with 4 missiles has been recently developed for a possible use on ships, land vehicles. This video is showing the 4 missiles launcher:

Ok, i won again. I`m passing my turn for asking a new one to whoever asks a question first

My turn passed to gigz-on. Go on, mate.

BTW this gun is an amazing piece of technology. Developed by Rheinmetall Air Defence AG (former Oerlikon Contraves AG). Rheinmetall -man, that`s symbol of quality weapon systems. Nice find, zakobi.
