expand the callsign number from 1 to 99

I referenced the books that 'Viper pilot', usually the callsign has a number with 1-99 such as ROMAN75, ELI33(i.e., ROMAN75-1, ROMAN75-2... and ELI33-1, ELI33-2...)

so I want to expand the callsign number with 1-99
