Hail all:)

I got some confuses about then new added autopilot mode in 1.1...in fact I used to confuse about the original autopilot funciton in LOMAC so I looking for some answer.

Here are my questions:

1.Does the autopilot(A key),auto throttle(J key) ,altitude stabilization mode and the new added autopilot mode(alt 1-9 key) can active at same time,or they are all unique mode that will replace(disengage) the previous actived autopilot mode?

2.If the autopliot disengage(alt-9 key) can disable all autopilot mode above,include auto throttle and altitude stabilization?

3.Waht altitude will H key hold?the altitude when key been pressed?

In fact I plan to build a panel for LOMAC so I wish to decide whcih autopilot mode is needed first.I used to just use A and J key but add new mode is cool too.Please kindly give me some comment or answer about this please.:)Thanks a lot.

I am not sure about questions 1 and 2. However, as for the answer to question 3 ... when I press H for alt hold, I lose a couple hundred feet prior to the plane stabilizing at an altitude, even if i am already in level flight and have been for some time.

Mechanical engineers design weapons ... civil engineers design targets.

A = Alt+6

H = Alt+4

J is specific & may be mixed with H/Alt+4. Never tested the mix with others modes.

2.If the autopliot disengage(alt-9 key) can disable all autopilot mode above,include auto throttle and altitude stabilization?

As H = Alt+4, Alt+9 will disable Altitude stabilization.

Dunno for J. Did you try to test it ? :)

3.Waht altitude will H key hold?the altitude when key been pressed?

Yes :)

Sorry if not being complete, I didn't use "J" or "A" for a long time...

Cheers

Thanks a lot Havocflight and Azrayen for your kindly reply.:D These rally help to clear my confuse.

After searching for all available resource for keyboard command,I got a little more answer:

"A"(Autopilot)=ALT-6(Route)+Auto throttle in NAV mode,=Level Flight in combat mode

>As H = Alt+4, Alt+9 will disable Altitude stabilization.

Dunno for J. Did you try to test it ?

I'd try and looks like ALT-9 wil disable Autothrottle too.I believe it is a independence mode except use A.

Now I think Devs added these just for simulate the autopilot mode in SU-25T added in FC.Too bad that I didn't find any description of these key commands in FC 1.1 PDF file or readme,made me confuse about the diffenent of these key command with A,H and J.I wish some Dev of ED can make a clear for these.:P:P:P

Anyway have a nice fly friends.:D
