Question about module access

Apologies if I don't have this in the correct category. I was just wondering if I purchase a DLC campaign from the website, and run the STEAM edition of DCS World, with everything bound to my account through the website, can I access that purchased campaign through the Module Manage. Or vice versa if I purchase a module through steam and link it to my account, but then decide to download the game via the website?

 

 

For example:

For the sake of argument lets say I purchase Raven One. Could I then open the game via steam and obtain access through the ingame module manager?

 

Or

 

Lets say I purchase a module THROUGH steam and link it to my account. Could I then download the game through the website and obtain that module as long as it's linked in my account?

DLC's bought on the DCS website can only be used in the standalone while DLC's bought on steam can be used in both version.
