Fuel tank jettison

What's the requirements for fuel tank jettison?

I can't jettison my fuel tank if the speed is higher than Mach 0.95, bank angle is higner than maybe 30 degrees, etc

 

Any other requirements?

 

Also, is it true that that the polits need to loft the missile manually in real life?

I thought the speed limit for jettison was lower, Mach 0.85, but not aware of bank limit. I've dropped them in quite steep climbs, I think in turns too.
