Hi there, gent.

Is there any chance to have a REAL "fuel burning" table for these two birds?

We are trying to develope a as-real-as-it-gets Mission Planning Method for our Squadron, so we need REAL data to calculate how much fuel we need in the bird.

Any link, sugestion, idea, data provided, whatever, would be much more than welcome.

Thax a lot, gent.

This is only an opinion from a user- not involved in real flight ops.

Seems to me that they would load as much fuel as they could safely carry when embarking into a combat scenario. I doubt a real SU25T pilot would carry the type of payloads that you see in LOMAC: SEAD, Vihkrs, anti tank, bombs, and A2A all at once. It is much more likely he is carrying weapons to accomplish something a little more specific.

In LOMAC you can load so much s*** on that bird that you'll have to back off some fuel to get under the MTOW. If I'm right about the real life.. doctrine... he has a FAR lighter weapons load being tallied into to his MTOW of approx 20500 kg.

So FILL-ER-UP Viktor.

I made a long-range mission but people kept running out of fuel. So I did some testing and measuring. Most of the figures are based on kg of fuel per 10km - These are mainly discussions about the Su-25T

Hope it's of use - Main Fuel discussion

And a related thread - More fuel discussions
