"Active Pause" in multiplayer - for training purposes.

Hi,

 

I whish to train with my young son in our own home server, we fly together online, and would appreciate the ability to use Active Pause while training together, as it is not possible to do so in MP. Much easier to train and explain like that.

 

Maybe a flag in server settings can allow/disallow it?
