Guest jake_mxs Posted December 19, 2004 Posted December 19, 2004 I was just wondering if during the takeoff roll sequence if the nose landing gear is modelled to push off the nose of the F-15? One of the F-15s at my base aborted its takeoff roll due to the fact that the nose landing gear was not serviced properly. It is suppose to gently extend once there has been ample lift created(also takes the weight of the front), causing the nose to pitch up. And well everyone knows the rest...plane in the air..... =) Anyways I was just curious if it was modelled in the sim...(actual nose gear strut extended when the nose up and compressed when aircraft is on the ground with full weight-on-wheels) If not might be a nice bit of detail to model...
