SET PATH for red units not working on F10 map

As Gamemaster or Ground Commander, I can't make a path for red units via SET PATH Button on the F10 map [in particular RU]. It works for blue units [tested for US].

SET PATH not kickable.

 

Edit: Solved - a trigger in our MP mission deactivate all AI units and in some of our groups have IGLA-Comms unit in it - so the whole group will not move!
