Use Mav's with current Open Beta (tutorial)

Ok so I messed around a bit with the mav's trying to get them to work better and this is what i've found. If starting on the ground from a cold start get the plane fired up like normal and get INS alignment done. After alignment is done the TGP should be ready to go. Enable Ground JETT and set Master Arm to simulate. Go into A-G mode and get the WPN screen up on right screen. You should be able to slave TGP to SP on the left screen. Use TMS Up to get a point track and be able to slew the TGP. Find a distant object that you can easily use as reference. (Building, Ship, or Add a Water Tower Static Object in the ME) Use TMS Up on the center point of the target and then switch to the mav screen. Use TMS Down to reject current target and the TPG/Mav should be pretty close but not right on. Slew the mav and Zoom FOV to the target and point you have locked on TGP. Use TMS Up to lock mav to the same point as the TGP and then click BRST on the Right MFD. Once boresighted use missle step to swap to other station DMS down to go to left screen TMS Up same point in TGP again. Repeat the process again slew MAV to point and TMS Up then click BRST. Once done you should be good to go on both stations being lined up before taking off. Disable ground Jett and put MA back to safe. Come out of A-G mode and they will stay boresighted.

Using this method I have been able to use the mav's quite well. They don't always line up exactly but it get's very close and you just slew the mav a tiny bit to target and lock it. This process doesn't seem to be needed from an air start but from a hot start or cold start is seems to do quite well. I even got the Auto hand-off to work correctly with this method and fired off 6 mav's without ever touching the mav screen again. Hope this helps some of you until the SPI issues get resolved.
