airport names

Russian or PG airports names are very difficult to VaicomPro or Voice Attack to understand, and if like me english is not your mother language...is worst! Is there a turnaround to record this names with your voice and associate them with the words of the name of the airports so Vaicom or VA understands?

Yes - go to Vaicom config > Editor tab > select the name you want to change and click ADD New

 

This will give you a new alias with a number at the end e.g. Airport will become Airport1 and it will all be highlighted

 

Click before the start of the alias and then type in the new name you would like before deleting the old name e.g. to change Airport1 to Charles I would click to the left of the A, type in Charles and then delete Airport1

 

Once you have made all the changes you want click on the FINISH button and then follow the instructions that appear

Have you set VA / Vaicom to run as an Administrator because that is what normally gives such a permissions error? You either need to set this within the Voicattack options or modify the shortcut you use to launch it by right clicking, finding the run as administrator option and checking it.
