Is the TM Magnetic Base compatible with Foxy?

Hi all,

 

Getting back into this, I have an early TM Cougar and of course the gimbals are broken.

 

I prefer to use Foxy software and I'm thinking of moving my Cougar grip on to a TM Magnetic Base, is it compatible with Foxy and the throttle?
