Looking for flight buddys

Hi there, me and one of my other close friends fly multiplayer missions on a regular weekly if not daily basis and are looking for one or two other guys to join us. We are in the ET and MT zones and usually fly in the evenings after dinner. We host our own TeamSpeak and Flight servers. We always attempt to work as a team but aren't supper regimented like some of the  formal squadrons out there. That being said, we do try to adhere to flight procedures and communications during flight.
