Any Gladiator NXT / TWCS setups ?

Newbie here. Coming from a pure T16000M, I now have my T-rudder, TWCS and the Gladiator NXT will arrive on friday.

Is there any ready to use controls setup I can pick up somewhere ? 

 

It is easy to use Chuck's guide as a template. But even easier if I could skip that, and others might want that as well. Seems like the Gladiator NXT is being shipped as fast and they can get it here.

 

He mentions Toe Brakes are needed. T-Rudder does not have these, but needs a modifier. Should I pick keyboard for that ? Or use a button/switch ? Maybe the rudder on the TWCS ?
