Tf-51d smoke pod mod

Hey guys!

I was looking for a mod for tf-51d which adds smoke pods for aerobatic purposes. I have found a youtube video where author mentions that there is a mod for that. But despite my best efforts I can't find it.

 

Does anyone knows something about it or how to mod it myself? Thanks in advance
