boundless84 Posted December 13, 2020 Posted December 13, 2020 First time making a custom skin. I'm looking to make a camouflage patterned F-15E skin, just for fun. I have a camo template, but not sure how to go about positioning it so that there is a continuous flow from one part of the aircraft to another. I've attached a screenshot to show that, although the surface is covered by the camo, where the wings meet the fuselage there is not a continuous flow of the pattern. Any tips on how to achieve this? Also, I cannot load the skin in the model viewer, as I have no idea where the F-15E skins are stored. The default liveries will load in the viewer, but not sure how to load my custom skin. Any help with that is appreciated. Thanks!

The skins are saved in main dcs folder DCS World OpenBeta\Bazar\Liveries\F-15E. On 12/13/2020 at 4:41 AM, boundless84 said: Any tips on how to achieve this? The ModelViewer offers a refresh option for skins so you dont have to restart dcs every time too look how your skinchanges looks. So edit the skin/move the camo, save the skin, refresh the modelviewer, look how it looks, repeat step one. Edited December 16, 2020 by Mike_Romeo My skins
