IFF mode or coalition change in a specific point

Dear all,

since several days I searched in the web and in all moaircraft manuals how could work properly the IFF on board to identify friendly or foe human player by Mode 4 code interrogation or a script to change the coalition side in flight in a particular condition, like passing a specific point and many more.

 

I understand that maybe the question could be particular or strange, but I would like to create a multiplayers mission like a real exercize where the aggressor are a human pilot of a specific squadron that are based on the same AirBase of the blue forces.

For example the Red Flag where the 64th Aggressor Sqn are based in Nellis and during the Red Flag session they take-off from that base and also the partecipants as a blue squad used the same red squad airbase. Or the TLP in Albacete where the red forces are based on the same airport of the partecipant deploy.

 

In order to simulate this condition to have the human players as red forces of the US Aggressor team for examples, do you know if could in DCS set a different IFF Mode4 code in order to begin hostile during the exercise with the players of the blue coalition?

If the IFF not work properly in the above manner do you know if is possible to create a script that change the coalition side of the player when passing a specific point or in a particular condition?

 

Unfurtantely in DCS the airport and the aircraft must be in the same teams (blue or red) to use the ground supplies and logistics like weapons and refueling options and loading.

My goal is re-create and simulate a real exercise in a multiplayers session with only human players, both for blue, red and ATC, AWACS operators.
