Licenceless Posted December 27, 2020 Posted December 27, 2020 I have a formation of 3 FW D9 on a patrol loop, they patrol around for 40 min and then go for refuel to start again. The problem is that form.leader lands and the other 2 wait and fly around for like 5 or more minutes before landing, the refuel lasts 10 min and after that form.leader takes off again without waiting for othe 2 who still have 5 min to wait, so form.leader is like 30 km away when the other 2 start spooling engines. I tried different formations before landing like the tail 2km apart to see if they behave differently but no luck, i also tried to set an orbit for 5 min so form leader will be forced to stay close to the other 2 but i discovered that in an AI formation, when the formation is not completed so there are planes that have to catch up (even 1 in 4) form.leader will keep the formation flying through the waypoints without performing any other tasks like change altitude or speed or anything even if indicated in the advanced waypoint thingy, so he wont orbit and will just fly strait. Help please!
