Remove Country Decal from Skin

Hey;

 

I now have made the F-4E Phantom flyable and added the the US Navy skin but the Turkey Flag and Red Circle still shows so question is how do I remove the Turkey Flag and Red Circle from showing on the US Navy skin

extract and paste the files in "Lock On\Bazar\TempTextures" folder.
