[NOCHG]Pilot unconscious during cold start when mission environment temperature set too low

When I do mission setting at winter night and environment temp set at like -10℃. In normal cold start procedure,  at ground,  pilot will gradually lose consciousness with screen footage get blurred and dark. Until cockpit closed and locked with ECS online.

I'm not sure is it a bug or an intentionally setting。 But I still don't think pilot frozen in cockpit at ground is reasonable. Will it be fixed?
