Set a client/player's unit fuel state, armaments and damage by script action

I'd like to be able to set a unit's fuel state (in %) by script/action (or better: action command). Internal fuel only, but if topping off external tanks are possible too, even better. This not only allows me to script simplified refueling, but also simulate a sudden loss of fuel as a surprise mission element.

 

In the same vein, I'd like to repair a plane by an action (set it back to 100%, no faults). 

 

And finally, I'd like to set / re-set the plane's loadout to a named set (one of the sets shown in the loadout scree) with an action
