Predator-78 Posted March 14, 2021 Posted March 14, 2021 (edited) Premise: With the release of this questline, my main goal is to make them as real and contemporary as possible. I am not a professional in the editor but I try to do my best to share this passion with all of you and for this reason suggestions and constructive criticisms are welcome. For work reasons I can't update this post frequently but I'll do my best by posting alerts when there are new missions. Good wind everyone! Brief explanation of the mission: The diplomatic situation in the Persian Gulf has recently become very difficult. The Iranian government has made it known that it will not tolerate acts of force on the part of the United States and declares its readiness to reject any kind of military action that is not agreed upon. Meanwhile, some terrorist paramilitary cells are conquering much of the territory north of the Strait of Hormuz. Occupying several towns, they commit killings and subdue the local population with violence. NATO has decided to intervene as soon as possible to farm these armed groups, deploying military troops on the territory in order to counter the advance of the terrorists. The tension is very high, the aircraft carrier USS Roosevelt is sailing in the Gulf waters to intervene by providing support for air raids. Note: I released the first episode of the mission and made the necessary and suggested changes. Please note that I use modules like Persian Gulf, Syria, F-18C and Carrier. It is advisable to play from the first mission to understand the sequence of events. Later I leave you the link to download the first mission. OP. Predator-78 Posted June 9, 2021 Author Posted June 9, 2021 (edited) I edited a new mission with episode n. 2, same scenario but with different task. I recommend playing from the first mission, if you liked it you can leave a like here on the forum or leave your comment at the mission link. Thank you Brief explanation of the mission: After the first attack on the small town of Sal Ala by the United States against the rebels, the Iranian government did not stand by. He saw the intervention of the Americans as a show of strength. In recent days, there has been a great movement of Iranian forces in the northern part of the Strait of Hormuz. Reliable sources report that civilian ships have been sighted carrying containers loaded with weapons and military vehicles. Apparently in the small town of Salib, the Iranians have installed a missile site to defend the strait to prevent the passage of coalition aircraft. In the last 24 hours the tension in the strait has risen further and the clash would seem inevitable. Execution of the mission 2: Most likely the missile site is still under construction, but it still remains an extremely dangerous area. At the moment we have no satellite eyes on that area and we must also act very quickly. It will be a Sead mission. The primary target is to make the area that gives us access to the northern part of Hormuz inoperative. The flight plan consists of 4 points, the number 3 is the "Gate Rider", meeting point with Pontiac 1, two F-15E (335th sqn) of the avition that will provide cover from any air threat. OP. Predator-78 Posted June 22, 2021 Author Posted June 22, 2021 (edited) A new episode of the mission, a new adventure! Starting from the aircraft carrier CV-71 Roosevelt, we will be called to execute a strike. The next target is a rebel weapons depot in the Khasab locality. It will be a night flight with 2000lb GBU-31 bombs for the first flight package and AGM-65E laser guided missiles for the second package. Attention: During the mission, coordinates or other information will be communicated to guide you in the mission. In this mission you will experience night flight, use of 2000lb GPS-guided GBU-31 bombs, AGM-65E laser-guided missiles. In the radio menu and with the F-10 button you can consult the Jtac to support you with the identification of the targets (for the Colt 3 and 4 flight package) Brief explanation of the mission: In the last 48 hours there have been several riots in the town of Khasab, the local militia has fought against the rebel forces. Our reconnaissance units have identified an enemy post of high importance in that area. We are still receiving information to pinpoint the exact location of the target, apparently it should be a large arms depot. The area would appear to be heavily guarded but no surface-to-air missile positions were noted. Our job is to destroy that ammunition depot as soon as possible. Execution of the mission 3: We must take off immediately, we have loaded two waypoints into the system, when we arrive at number 2 we must wait for the communication of the coordinates that we will receive from the reconnaissance troops in the field. Only after having confirmed the coordinates will we be able to enter the target area and destroy it. Colt packs 1 and 2 will have two 2000lb GBU 31 bombs for the primary objective, while Colt 2 and 3 will have 2 laser-guided AGM-65Es for secondary objectives. In the target area, at about 8000 ft of altitude, there will be a drone that will provide support with the laser guide with code 1688, frequency 255.00 Mhz. Op.
