How to solve inconsistent connection to my dedicated server?

I run a private, dedicated server for my friends on the weekends. We frequently, but not always, have to struggle with the "Address Unavailable" message. I run other games on my server and NEVER have connectivity problems, it's just DCS. What causes this and how do I fix it?
